At BCN MARBLE DESIGN, we take great pride in offering high-quality custom-made products. Since our products are made to order, we have a strict return and cancellation policy to ensure the best experience for all customers.

1. Custom Orders: All items are custom-made according to your specifications. Once an order is placed, we begin production immediately. Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or returns once the production process has started.

2. Cancellation Before Production: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must do so before production begins. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make any changes. Once production begins, we will not be able to accommodate cancellations or modifications.

3. Damaged or Defective Items: If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within [insert number of days] days of delivery.
